CAR HIRE AGREEMENT

THIS RENTAL AGREEMENT (the "Agreement") is entered into as of the date specified below between CRYSTAL RIDES CAR RENTAL, hereinafter referred to as the "Owner" and the person(s) signing this Agreement, hereinafter referred to as the "Renter." The Owner agrees to rent to the Renter, and the Renter agrees to rent from the Owner, subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, the motor vehicle described below (the "Vehicle").













RENTAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

This is a legal contract that establishes your rights and responsibilities as a renter of our vehicle. By signing this Agreement, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to all terms and conditions contained herein. This Agreement governs the rental of the vehicle described below and includes important provisions regarding your financial responsibility, liability, insurance options, use of the vehicle, and other matters. If you have any questions about this Agreement, please ask a rental representative before signing.
